Requirements

You may be either having technical background and interested in further promoting Linux solutions, or having sales background with interest to further career development on Linux solutions.

Product Scope

Linux server / Linux services / project-based deployment solutions
TECHNICAL
-
Support Engineer (Junior / Senior)
Responsibilities
-
90%+ of your time would be dealing with Linux systems / platform
-
Technical support to corporate customers on Server systems
-
Solutions deployment and trouble-shooting
-
Prepare and maintain system documentation and operation procedures
Requirements
-
Hands-on experience with any Linux OS distribution
-
RHCE / LPI holder is definitely with advantage (but not a must)
-
Good communication skills
-
Independent problem solver in teamwork
-
Junior position: with great Interest but no prior working experience
-
Senior position: at least 2 years of experience in Linux system administration
Scope of Work
-
You would always be working in a team - we love independent problem solver but you can always discuss and escalate with teammates on technical issues.

Handle server setup and daily operation work
-
Response to troubleshooting and technical support inquiries
-
Most work (90%+) could be performed remotely with less importance on field tasks.
